Picture this: Last September, two hours before the sunset, a lovely couple exchanged their vows. Their chosen venue hosted both their ceremony and reception, with their two closest friends by their side and 50 beaming guests to share in their joy.
You'd be surprised by how much magic I could photograph for them in just 3 hours of coverage!
And if you want a bit extra, no problem! You can always upgrade to extra coverage to cover your unique day. Let me design a custom quote for you.
3:00 pm Pre-Ceremony.
I arrived to the venue half an hour before the ceremony kicked off. My goal? To capture those sweet pre-ceremony vibes! I took some shots of the place all decked out, caught guests arriving, and got some fantastic portrait snaps of the Groom and his groomsman. Right on cue, the bride arrived 10 minutes early, giving me enough time to photograph some stunning shots of her with her bridesmaid and her Dad before the ceremony began.
3:30 pm The Ceremony.
Every moment of their ceremony was documented, from when the time the bride walked down the aisle, to the tender moment her groom saw her for the first time. I was there to capture the love, laughter, and a few tears from the couple and their guests. And of course, all the precious moments of their vows, the ring exchange, and the all-important kiss. I was there to photograph this milestone in their life, while expertly being discreet, so they didn’t even notice I was there.
4:00 pm Family & Friends.
Woo-hoo! They did it! Cue the confetti and cheers! The official ceremony wrapped up, and they walked back down the aisle, petals raining down on them. Love and good wishes flowed like a river. I rounded up the guests for a giant group pic, and with some help from their ‘photo wranglers’, we breezed through smaller group photos in record time. Then came the fun – mingling, sipping drinks, munching canapés – the perfect opportunity for me to get some candid photos.
5:00 pm Bridal Party Photos.
We had fun cracking jokes, getting silly, and laughing while capturing some special moments with their two besties.
5:15 pm Bridal Couple.
My philosophy: let the couple have their magical 'us time.' So, we whisked away for some special moments. I guided them through natural poses that brought out their best, all while the sun dipped below the horizon, giving us that golden glow.
5:45 pm Reception.
Party mode activated! I was right there to snap shots as they entered their reception, beaming like a freshly married duo. The Groom's Dad gave a heartfelt toast, and we wrapped up my coverage with a deliciously tempting shot with their cake.
6:00 pm Finish.
Wrapping up my coverage for the day, I leave my couple to fully immerse themselves in the joy and celebration of their wedding reception.

Not all wedding photographers are the same. So I’ve put together some very important frequently asked questions that past couples have asked, so you can get a better understanding of what you can expect when you book your Sunshine Coast wedding photography package with me.

A bit of both. I love being both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, candid interactions with guests, etc.) I also gently guide my couples on how to pose, so you feel comfortable and natural.

My Cherish Signature Collection covers the most important elements of your wedding, which I call my 3C’s - Celebrate, Connection, Cherish. This is generally 3 hours. You have the option of adding additional time, depending on your own unique preferences for your wedding day. You’ll be able to see a timeline of what I can offer when you enquire. You’ll be surprised how much I can cover. Elopement packages start at 1 hour.

As a general rule, I deliver 80-100 images per hour that I’m shooting. This number can vary in number due to your own unique circumstances. I love delivering my couple’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share, and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I were in your shoes! You will receive a sneak peek within 72 hours business hours of your wedding via Instagram and your whole gallery within 4 weeks.

That depends. I always design your album shortly after your wedding, so your story is fresh in my mind. Your album will be beautifully curated to showcase your wedding day story, so you can relive your day. A Cherish Album is 12x 8 inch and 20 pages. You have the option to upgrade the album size and page quantity if you wish.

A lot of my couples lead busy lives and are from out of town, so it makes it difficult to find the time to book this in before their big day. That’s why I have it as an optional extra.

Engagements shoots are great for many things, such as your ‘Save The Dates’, new social media profile photos, gifts for your parents, prints for your home or even a guest book at your wedding. Engagement photoshoots are perfect for couples who feel awkward or nervous in front of the camera. I guide my couples on how to pose and interact during the shoot and break down those barriers so on your wedding day you’ll be a pro in front of the camera and don’t need quite as much instruction from me. It’s also leads into the perfect date night.

That’s easy! In order to book and secure your wedding date with me, you have 2 options once you send me your initial enquiry via my contact form.
1. You’ll book a meeting with me so I can answer any questions you may have.
2. If you’ve decided that my Wedding Photography Experience is exactly what you’re looking for on your wedding day, and I’m available on your date, the next step is to accept my booking proposal, sign the contract and pay the $500 non-refundable booking fee.
I tend to book out 6-12 months in advance, so please check with me if I have your date is available, otherwise I can refer you to some other amazing local photographers. I can’t wait to hear from you & hear about your love story & wedding plans. Easy peasy!
